Will I receive the same product that I see in the picture?

Yes, you will receive the exact same product. If for any reason our jars or bottles change due to any shortages in supply, the product photos will be changed accordingly and we will ensure to update them on the website as well

Where can I view my sales receipt?

As long as you make payment with your card/bank/USSD using our Paystack link, all receipts will be sent to your email from Paystack and we will also send you emails confirming your order with details

How can I return an item?

We only accept returns in situations where a wrong or damaged item was shipped to you by us. If your product is correct as detailed in your order details, we do not accept returns once they have been delivered and opened. This is necessary in order to protect the integrity of our goods and ensure our customers get exactly what they purchased. If you are unsure about the product or fragrance to purchase, kindly use the Whatsapp link for enquiries and we will be more than happy to advise and offer recommendations

Will you restock items indicated as “out of stock?”

Yes, we will. If an item is out of stock you will get a pop-up asking for you to input your details to get information on when the item is restocked. As soon as the item is back in stock, we will inform you via the email address provided. If we intend to discontinue an item, we will make this information known on the website and our social media handles.

Where can I ship my order?

Shipping details are concluded on the last page of your checkout. Kindly input your location and delivery details correctly and shipping fees will be calculated and added to your total payment.
